Terms of service

These terms apply to businesses that use DigitalPager ("the service"). By opening an account you accept them. Questions: ramibaryhe@gmail.com.
The service
- DigitalPager gives your customers a number and rings their phone when the order is ready, with a caller screen for staff, a TV board and a dashboard.
Free trial and plans
- A new business gets 30 days free, without a credit card.
- After the trial, continuing requires a paid plan. We agree on the price with you before any charge; prices exclude VAT.
- You can stop at any time, and we won't charge for any period after you stop.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in email, staff PINs and caller links safe; you're responsible for what is done with them.
- If a TV or caller link reaches the wrong people, replace it in Settings.
Your customers
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Don't use order alerts for marketing.
Alerts aren't guaranteed
- Phones, browsers, battery savers and networks can delay or block alerts. Keep a fallback, such as calling numbers out loud, and don't rely on the service in emergencies or for anything safety depends on.
Availability and changes
- We work to keep the service running, but can't promise it will never fail. We may change features, and we'll tell you in advance about changes that affect you.
Liability
- As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Ending
- You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that misuses the service or doesn't pay, with notice in advance where possible.
Law
- Israeli law applies to these terms, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
- We update this page, and tell businesses about important changes by email.
