DigitalPager

No app. No buzzers.

The pager that lives in your customer's phone

Customers scan the code on your counter and get a number. When the order is ready you tap Ready, and their phone rings with the number on the whole screen.

Three steps, without changing how you work

Instead of handing out a buzzer, the customer scans a code. Instead of looking for them, their phone rings.

  1. 1

    The customer scans

They scan the QR stand on the counter and get an order number. No app, no sign-up, and the page opens in the phone's language.

  2. 2

    You tap Ready

Type the number on a big keypad, just like the old pager transmitter, or tap the order in the list.

  3. 3

    The phone rings

A loud ring and the number on the whole screen, with vibration on Android. The customer taps "Got it — on my way", and you see it.

Within secondsfrom tapping Ready to the phone ringing.
Even when the phone is lockedAndroid gets a notification. On iPhone, once the page is saved to the Home Screen.

Three ways to give a number

Pick what suits your business in Settings, and switch any time.

  • On the customer's phone

    The phone gives the number

The customer scans the stand and gets the next number. When ordering, they show it at the till and the cashier writes it on the order.

For food trucks, stalls and counters without a till.

  • On the customer's phone

    The number from the receipt

Your till prints an order number. The customer scans and types it, so the number always matches yours.

For businesses whose till prints order numbers.

  • On the cashier's screen

    A code from the cashier

Tap "New number + code" and a code for this order appears on screen. The customer scans it and their phone is linked to the order. Nothing to type.

For counters with a tablet or a screen facing the customer.

How does the business know which number the customer got?

Every number appears at once on the caller screen, under "Waiting". With receipt numbers and cashier codes, the number comes from you. With automatic numbers, the customer shows it at the till when ordering.

The caller screen

Works on any tablet or phone at the counter, nothing to install. Every order in its place: waiting, ready and done.

  • A personal PIN for each staff member
  • A big on-screen keypad, or a USB number pad
  • Ring again with one tap
  • See for each order whether the phone rang and the customer saw it
  • Open it on several devices; everything updates at once

TV board

Any TV or screen shows the numbers being prepared and the ready ones, big, with a chime, in three languages. Customers without a smartphone know when to come up, and the QR code on screen invites more people to scan.

A QR stand, ready to print

Six designs with your name, logo and colour, in Hebrew, Arabic and English. Download a PDF, print it and put it by the till, or take just the code for your own design.

  • Bold
  • Ticket
  • Ring
  • Night

Why owners switch

  • No buzzers to buy, charge, lose or clean
  • Unlimited pagers and no range limit: wait at a table, outside or in the shop next door
  • A calmer counter: fewer people standing around asking "Is that mine?"
  • Hebrew, Arabic and English, right to left done right
  • Your business's name, logo and colour
  • Set up in five minutes, even from your phone

Questions

Does the customer need to download an app?

No. They scan the code and the page opens in the browser.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes. On iPhone it rings while the page is open, and customers who save the page to their Home Screen get a notification even when the phone is locked. On Android the notification arrives even when the phone is locked.

What about a customer without a smartphone?

The TV board shows the numbers to everyone, and you can always call them out like today.

Do I need a till or special equipment?

No. A phone or tablet for the staff and a printed QR stand are enough. If your till prints order numbers, use those.

How much does it cost?

The first 30 days are free, without a credit card. After that there's a monthly plan, and we agree on the price with you before any charge.
